Kumaran Nadesan

Kumaran Nadesan is the Co-Founder and Deputy Chairman of 369 Global, a rapidly growing group of companies with business interests in skills training and workforce development, media and communications, and global market facilitation.
A former public servant, Mr. Nadesan spent 15 years in the Ontario Public Service (OPS) prior to joining 369 Global.
He worked in several ministries in increasingly senior roles with experience in intergovernmental affairs, business development, stakeholder management, communications, and policy and program advisory. His focus on innovation, program design, and values-based leadership earned him several public sector awards.
Mr. Nadesan is also an active community animator and has co-founded several initiatives in Canada, particularly across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, and abroad.
For his active community service, Mr. Nadesan was named a 2018 DiverseCity Fellow by the CivicAction Leadership Foundation and the 2020 Established Professional of the Year by the Canadian Tamil Professionals Association.
Mr. Nadesan has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in English and Psychology from the University of Toronto Scarborough and an Executive Certificate in Strategic Public Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Having grown up in several countries before immigrating to Canada, he currently resides in Brampton, Ontario with his wife and two children.
