Bambina joined the Board with over 25 years sales and Business Development experience, most recently as the head of Business Development for Air Canada. She has been responsible for strategic account acquisition, developing new corporate streams of revenue, increasing market share and profitability and growing brand presence in the business community. Bambina is passionate about the continued growth and success of the business community in the region—she currently sits on the Board of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, the Canada India Business Council and the Italian Chamber of Commerce.

She dedicates her time to charitable causes and has been an integral part of the Wanderluxe (Sick Kids Foundation and Air Canada Foundation fundraisers) and RBC Innovators Ball committee (Ontario Science Centre fundraiser) with a focus on generating sponsorship revenue. She is currently participating in the International Women’s Forum - Leadership Foundation fellowship program in association with Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
